RSG will act as the General contractor, representing the owner of the project. RGS is a full-service design/build firm, meaning we can save you time and money by offering all services necessary to design and construct your project from its initial concepts to completion.

We accomplish this through the following Steps. The 7 Step Process:

Step 1: Initial Consultation

Our board members include a professional architect, a civil engineer, electric engineer and structure engineers. We offer a no-cost, no-obligation in-building consultation with one of our design Architects who has thirty years of experience in providing architectural and master planning services for over 50 health care institutions and over 300 religious organizations. We will discuss your design ideas, budget and timeline. We will offer suggestions and ideas and partner with you to carefully plan your project.

Step 2: Design & Visualize

Knowing that a “picture is worth a thousand words” our architect will provide Architectural Design Services to bring your dream to life. Using AutoCAD, Revit and 3D MAX computer generated conceptual drawings; we offer you alternative design options from which to choose. Based on the schematic design, we will prepare a preliminary budget analysis based on your needs and vision.

Step 3: Financing

Ready Structures Group will assist you by introducing you to top lending institutions in the area who will arrange the financing that best suits your needs. Whether you are doing a simple project or a whole complete center project, we have many options available in making your church dreams well within your reach.

Step 4: Subcontractor Contract

RSG will make sure the subcontractor shall perform all work necessary to complete the contract in a satisfactory and acceptable manner in full compliance with the plans, specifications and terms of the contract. General Contractors schedule construction processes, including the hiring of contractors. Unless specified otherwise in the special provisions, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, utilities, services and facilities required to perform all work for the construction of the project within the time specified.

Step 5: Permits and Paperwork

We handle all applications for permits and submission of all necessary paperwork needed for your project. There is no red tape for you to worry about. Our goal is to make your church project pleasant experience from start to finish.

Step 6: Your Personal Project Manager 

Before any work begins on your project, we assign and introduce a personal Project Manager who will review your plans. Your Project Manager will ensure that all work is done to the highest professional standards and that your utmost satisfaction is the priority every step of the way. Overseeing the entire crew, coordinating all scheduling and inspections and answering any questions and concerns you may have, your Project Manager will be available to you at all times from concept to completion.

Step 7: Transformation and Satisfaction

RSG will make sure the dedicated construction crew will complete your project on time and on budget. Each member of our build team is a highly skilled professional devoted to finishing your project with the highest quality work in an efficient and courteous manner.
